> Module Substances > Linking a substance to an article, department, space or person
Go to the Subsrtance module, Substance tab. This can also be done via the space structure.
Select the substance you want to link to an article, space, department or person and click on it.
Go to tab Linked to.
Click on the pencil icon at the top of the menu bar.
Click New above the item you want to link and link an article, department, employee or space (as shown in the image below).
Fill in the requested information. If you are not sure what the space is called, click on the Search-icon to the right of N/B.
When you click on a space, you automatically take over the information of the location above. Confirm with OK.
If necessary, fill in the maximum stock and unit and confirm with OK.
Then click on Save. You will see that the space has now been added.
